A booking is confirmed once we receive your trip deposit or full payment as stated in the trip invoice. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or in person at our Kathmandu office.
Cancellation charges apply depending on how close to the departure date you cancel. In the case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule or refund recoverable costs.
You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, adequate travel insurance, and for following the advice of your guides in the mountains. Altitude trekking carries inherent risk and we ask every guest to be honest about their health and fitness.
While we take every care with your safety, Universe Himalayan Treks Pvt. Ltd cannot be held liable for events beyond our reasonable control. Our guides are trained to manage risk and will always act with your safety as the first priority.
