Trip Overview

The Everest View Trek is a short and rewarding Himalayan adventure in the Everest region of Nepal. It is a great choice for travelers who want to experience the beauty of the Khumbu without spending many days at high altitude.

This seven-day trek takes you through beautiful mountain villages, green forests, suspension bridges, and scenic trails while offering impressive views of Mount Everest and other Himalayan peaks.

The journey begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. From Lukla, you walk through Phakding and continue toward Namche Bazaar, the main trading center of the Khumbu region.

Namche is also the main acclimatization stop on the trek. From here, you take a scenic hike toward the Everest View Hotel, one of the best places to enjoy panoramic views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, and other mountains.

Along the way, you walk through parts of Sagarmatha National Park and experience the traditional lifestyle of the Sherpa people. Prayer flags, mani walls, chortens, monasteries, stone houses, and mountain trails add a special cultural touch to the journey.

Unlike the Everest Base Camp Trek, the Everest View Trek does not take you to Everest Base Camp. Instead, it focuses on the beautiful lower Everest region, making it suitable for travelers who want a shorter Himalayan experience.

The trek involves moderate walking with some uphill and downhill sections. No technical climbing skills are required, but basic physical fitness and a comfortable walking pace are important.

Universe Himalayan Treks organizes the Everest View Trek with experienced local guides and support staff. We arrange accommodation, meals, permits, transportation, guides, porters, and other services according to your selected package.
